REFUND POLICY
1. Tickets purchased through Praise Ticket are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you purchased tickets and cannot use them, sell or give them away to a friend.
2. Service charges and fees are non-refundable as most of it went to pay for the credit card processing.
3. If an event is cancelled you will be notified of the cancellation and automatically refunded for the cost of the tickets. Unfortunately, we do not refund service fees.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after an event cancellation.
